Production process:
1.Material procurement
L’OREAL headband goggles are made of high-quality, hypoallergenic plush fabric. Choose soft and stretchable elastic bands to provide a comfortable and snug fit for all head sizes.
High end embroidery thread has multiple colors to choose from to meet customization requirements. These threads have fade resistance and durability, ensuring that embroidery designs remain vibrant over time.
2.Design and Prototype Production
Customized patterns were designed based on the brand logo provided by the client, and a prototype was created to test the design, comfort, and shading ability. Make adjustments to improve the shape, size, and stitching, and ultimately determine the complete design drawing.
3.Cutting and stitching
Plush fabrics are cut into precise shapes using an automatic cutting machine to ensure consistency and accuracy. The workers spliced the fabrics together and combined them with elastic bands to create a seamless and durable headband. Pay special attention to the edges to prevent wear and ensure longevity.
4.Customized embroidery**
Digitize the original logo image provided by the customer into an embroidery file to ensure that every detail is accurately captured.
Use the most advanced embroidery machine to sew the design onto the plush headband. Each embroidered headband undergoes inspection to ensure that the design is centered, vivid, and defect free.
5.Quality control and packaging
Check for any defects or inconsistencies in the plush fabric, elastic bands, and embroidery.The finished product is placed in environmentally friendly packaging made of recyclable materials, consistent with L’Oreal’s sustainable development goals.
LOREAL’s sampling standard: Normal standard “MIL Standard 105D Level II” 1.5 big defects/2.5 small defects. Each packaged product must undergo final inspection before shipment to ensure compliance with quality standards.
